Biography

I completed my master’s degree in nursing, followed by a doctoral degree in nursing practice (DNP) at Walden University, Minneapolis. I am board-certified in psychiatric mental health practice (PMHNP) across the lifespan by the American Nurses Credentialing Centre (ANCC). I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 22 years of expertise in nursing care. I worked as a nurse in different settings, including Critical care, Surgical services, Medical Surgical and Psychiatry. I am passionate about improving patient outcomes in the mental health population by providing comprehensive and individualized mental health care.

My extensive work history has afforded me the opportunity to provide care to patients with co-morbid psychiatric and medical conditions. My focus and expertise lie in the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorder, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorder. I am deeply passionate about providing comprehensive and quality care to individuals struggling with mental health issues. I offer evidence-based diagnostic and medication management services and incorporate healthier diet and lifestyle changes that will help you to be a better version of yourself. I treat mood, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, OCD, depression, and other related mental health disorders.
